Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully pack your unworn items with original tags attached in the original packaging to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our curators inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
